Welcome to:
Navigating Inappropriate, Unethical and Biased Situations

This workshop is designed to illuminate challenging experiences residents in PM&R can face, create a space for reflection, and provide participants with tools to navigate situations that they themselves may face.

During this workshop, participants will work in groups to deconstruct distinct personal vignettes of PM&R residents, assess and reflect on each case, and propose mechanisms to navigate those scenarios.  Groups and individuals will utilize the Ed-Tech platform "Padlet" to post responses to prompts and to other groups' posts.  The complex experiences assessed today may be triggering.  Please engage with thoughtful reflections and respectful dialogue. It is okay to assume the role of an observer if desired.
